Terms & Conditions – Shay’s Urban Apartments

GeneralBy using this booking website and the apartments offered through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. The service is intended for guests aged 18 and above only.

Bookings & PaymentsA booking will only be confirmed after providing valid credit card details and/or full payment, in accordance with the booking policy.

Cancellation PolicyThe cancellation policy is detailed on the booking page and forms an integral part of these Terms.

Damage & Security DepositGuests are required to maintain the apartment, its facilities, and equipment.

In case of damage, the guest is liable for costs of up to ₪4,000.

The Company reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking to cover damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

LiabilityThe stay in the apartment is at the sole responsibility of the guest. The Company is not liable for any indirect damages, loss, injury, or accidents occurring during the stay.

End of StayThe length of stay, check-in and check-out times, and other rules are specified on the apartment’s product page.In case of breach of these Terms, the Company may immediately cancel the booking and require the guest to vacate the property.Failure to vacate the apartment on time will result in an agreed penalty of ₪1,000 per each delayed day.

Privacy PolicyThe Company is committed to protecting guest privacy in accordance with Israeli law.

Booking details and personal information provided are kept solely for operating the service.

Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to complete the booking (e.g., payment processors).

Guests may request to review, update, or delete their personal data, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
